Meyersdale Area School District will NO longer be providing sports physicals throughout the school year. All physicals were performed during the week of June 4, 2012. Phone calls and announcements were made to both parents and students notifying them of this change. Students were able to sign up for physicals during the last month of school. Any student who did not receive a physical during this time, MUST visit their family doctor to receive a physical. This visit is at YOUR OWN EXPENSE. When visiting your family doctor, he/she must complete the PIAA Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation form. A copy of this physical must be on file with the school district before a student can participate in the sport.
