Lunch Account Balances
Zero Balance
When any student account reaches a zero balance or less, students will not be allowed to purchase any ala carte items or extras.
Negative Balance Notification
Elementary School: If a student reaches a -$1.00 balance, a letter will be generated and mailed/emailed to the parents/ guardians informing them of the negative balance.
Middle School and High School: If a student reaches a -$10.00 balance, a letter will be generated and mailed/emailed to the parents/guardians informing them of the negative balance.
Alternate Meal
If any student account reaches a -$25.00 balance the student will receive an alternative meal in place of the regular meal until money is received on the account. Charges will continue to accrue for alternate meals.

Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.
To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
