Today we were made aware of a positive COVID case involving an
individual in our Middle School. The positive individual was last
present on our school campus Friday, May 14th. Contact tracing has
been completed. At this time, all schools in the District will be in
session for students tomorrow.
In an effort to maintain a safe learning environment for students, faculty, and staff, please contact our school nurse if your child has been in contact with or has had COVID-19 during the time we have been on remote learning or during the holiday break. We would appreciate full transparency of recent illness to maintain a safe environment. We also request honesty in regard to out of state travel. Upon return to school, only approved cloth face masks and approved plastic face shields that cover the nose and mouth, extends below the chin and to the ears, and leaves no exposed gap between the forehead and the shield’s headpiece are acceptable. The nurse can be reached via email firstname.lastname@example.org or 814-634-8311 ext 308. Thank you.
