FBI goes to competition

Members of the Meyersdale Middle School Reading Team, the FBI or Federal Book Intelligence, traveled to the Forest Hills School District for the Spring Interscholastic Reading Team Competition. The Interscholastic Reading Competition has been in existence since 1990 and provides over 1,600 students in grades 4 through 12 the opportunity to test their knowledge about books they have read. Students were given a list of books to read and faced challengers in three rounds of competition.FBI members include: (standing)  Hannah Emerick, Emily Beal, DJ Roush and Makayla Stevens; and (seated) Arianna Shaffer, Avery Logsdon, Emily Raley, Croix Miller, Anna Stewart and Alyssa Pritts.
