The Meyersdale Athletic Boosters are excited to announce they will be hosting a Basket/Vendor Show on Saturday, April 22 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will be held at the Meyersdale Area High School gym.

The event will feature vendors, a basket raffle, food and a 50/50 raffle. 

Vendors will include Scentsy, Tumblers, Thirty-One, Paparazzi, Tastefully Simple, Snap Jewelry, Pampered Chef, Build a Bear, Pure Allure, Color Street, Tula IX, Sweet Tooth Memories, Staci’s Sweet Treats, Avon, Pink Zebra, Tupperware, The Greek Foundry, Kate’s Kups, wreaths, paintings, decorations and much much more!

Danielle Hetz, event organizer, said the event has garnered the attention of more than 45 vendors - a record number!

“It has been a few years since we have been able to hold this event because of pandemic restrictions and we are so excited to have so many people sign up to be vendors. We have a great variety of items and tables will be set up in the high school gym and throughout the D-wind in the high school.”

Area businesses, organizations and individuals have created and donated an impressive array of baskets for the raffle. The continued support of the community is an integral aspect of the success of our Red Raider student-athletes.

Hetz said the date coincides with the first Saturday  of the Pennsylvania Maple Festival, offering visitors and residents alike an opportunity to shop for quality items and products. 

“I think people are going to be really excited to see the variety of vendors.”

In addition to vendors, the Meyersdale Red Raider Cheerleaders will be selling food in the concession stand.

Each year, the Meyersdale Athletic Boosters provide financial support to all athletic and sports teams in the Meyersdale Area School District. To ensure this level of support continues, the Boosters hope to see the community come out in support of this year’s event!
