Middle School May Remarkable Raiders

The Meyersdale Area School District Remarkable Raider program recently recognized its May honorees. Students in grades six through 12 were selected based on the merits of Academic Performance, Character, Behavior, Effort, Good Citizenship and Attendance. 

 

The following Meyersdale Middle School students were named Remarkable Raiders for the Month of May: Bryson Troutman, Allyson Lepley and Alana Baker.

 

Bryson Troutman, sixth grade, is the son of Andrew Troutman and Angela Dolly. His favorite class is Social Studies and he enjoys playing soccer. His future plans are to go into construction. 

 

Allyson Lepley, seventh grade, is the daughter of Shawna and David Lepley. Her favorite class is Reading, and she is a member of the Lady Raider Volleyball and Basketball teams. Allyson’s goals are to earn a scholarship to Oklahoma State University and become a famous softball player.

 

Alana Baker, eighth grade, is the daughter of Erin Baker and Matt Baker. Her favorite class is Math, and she is a member of the Lady Raider Volleyball team. She loves spending time outdoors and hopes to one day be a veterinarian.
